HAVELSAN showcased its next generation defence technologies at SAHA EXPO 2026, presenting advanced solutions in artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, command and control, combat management, simulation, training and cybersecurity. As one of Türkiye’s leading defence technology companies, HAVELSAN used the exhibition to demonstrate how its integrated solutions created operational value across land, sea, air and joint mission environments. This year, HAVELSAN highlighted two major capabilities for the first time at SAHA EXPO: ADVENT-AI and BARKAN 3. Both systems reflected the company’s focus on digital transformation, operational autonomy and human-machine teaming in modern defence operations.

ADVENT-AI was presented as an AI-supported decision layer designed to support naval operators during complex missions. The system analysed high-volume operational data in real time, helped detect patterns, filtered critical information and supported faster decision-making. By reducing the cognitive workload of operators, ADVENT-AI contributed to a clearer, more reliable and data-driven operational picture.

During the exhibition, HAVELSAN demonstrated ADVENT-AI through an asymmetric threat scenario. The demonstration included track-level anomaly detection, real-time detection and classification of surface objects under electronic warfare and jamming conditions, AI-supported tactical picture generation, maritime navigation support, platform safety, intelligent monitoring, voice assistant support and AI-supported naval gunfire effectiveness prediction. HAVELSAN also underlined that artificial intelligence was intended to support the operator, not replace them.

The company also showcased BARKAN 3, its next-generation unmanned autonomous platform for land operations. Designed to support teams in the field, BARKAN 3 contributed to reconnaissance, surveillance, perimeter security, early threat assessment and high-risk mission areas. These included missions involving mine threats, improvised explosive devices, pre-contact reconnaissance and operations in dangerous environments where personnel could be exposed to serious risks. Operating ahead of personnel, BARKAN 3 collected field data, supported early threat assessment and contributed to command-and-control processes. The platform acted as a reliable mission assistant and force multiplier for units in the field. By reducing mission burden and increasing personnel safety, BARKAN 3 supported safer and more effective mission execution.

With its modular structure, BARKAN 3 was designed to adapt to different operational scenarios. It could integrate various sensors, payloads, robotic capabilities and mission support systems according to mission requirements. The platform was also aligned with HAVELSAN’s Digital Troop vision, in which unmanned land, air and naval platforms operate as connected assets, share data and contribute to a common operational picture. Within simulation and training, HAVELSAN showcased EWTTR, Combat Training Center, ATAK Sim, ATAK CBT and GÖKBEY Simulator, supporting realistic training, testing, mission rehearsal and scenario-based preparation. The company’s CBRN solution further strengthened preparedness against chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats.
